"Never buy from this store. I bought a sofa from this store, but they don't deliver which is fine. I told them it is going to an island. So they recommended a mover which I hired and paid for. It was to be delivered to a shipping company which will bring it to an island. The shipping company said that it was not properly wrapped. Considering the price of the sofa - I would assume that the store should have wrapped it properly. So I called the manager of the store and she gave me a lot of excuses. I dont mind paying someone to wrap it but at least they could have advised me about that. I would not recommend anyone getting furniture here. you might as well order online from other brands - They deliver it to you for free."

"It’s a hike out and like most outlets roll of the dice on inventory but this place can be a grand slam deal. Have found beautiful pieces like new for 70-80% off original prices. Unfortunately none of these outlets deliver with their own trucks, so you’ll need to contract your own mover and the store has no responsibility after purchase. Bring your own pickup or truck if possible. RH is the best brand name out there imo with their wood and finish quality being elite."

"Never leave negative reviews but was very disappointed when I had purchased a dining table last night, and when I had picked it up this morning the metal legs had been scratched my their stock guys when loading it into the car. Had blue paint from the blue hand-truck used to move the piece. A minor scratch would not bother me too much but it was 4 scratches/chips in total. Very upsetting"
