"This is my second attempt coming to this store first time was at 11:30am and than at 2:30pm. And it’s closed. All lights are off, nobody is here and they are supposed to be open from 11am to 9pm. If you’re not going to open the least you can do is change the store hours. This has to change or just go out of business."

"This is now the FOURTH time I have come here and there's a sign in the door "be back in an hour". It seems no matter what time I come, they are always on break. The service isn't bad, but last time I waited around for the clerk to return and there were TWO of them. So why not go on break one at a time and keep the store open? This having to wait around every time is unnerving. I get having to take a break, but maybe have the company give 2 30 mins. Or if there's 2 of you on, don't both go at once. Update: it's not the fifth time. It's 145pm on a Tuesday, door locked, no lights on, no sign. Literally came out for 1 thing. Will be going somewhere else to buy my meta oculus now. Tired of this trend."

"Definitely not what it used to be. Made a preorder for a game just have the box art in possession because it was so pretty weeks back. Came in the early hours of the store opening which was at 10:00 am on a Friday. Didn’t have my game. How do you not have a newly released game in the shelves at opening hours??? Employee told me they didn’t receive their inventory yet which wasn’t for a few hours. I come back at 2:00 PM just for the store to be closed with a sign saying it will remain closed from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Was completely bummed since I had work later thus wouldn’t get to play the game till tomorrow. So I asked a family member to grab the game for me. Game is great and in my possession but truly displeased with how that turned out."
