"I want to start by saying that it greaves me to write this review. I own a small business and I know how negative reviews can hurt a business and the families that own them. That's why I am always reluctant to post negative reviews and I give people the benefit of the doubt 99.9% of the time. Here is my issue, my wife ordered $54 worth of ballons for a graduation and confirmation party. She ordered them on the 28th and she clearly told them that she was picking them up on the 1st, the day before the party. We woke up the following morning and all of the ballon were half full and hanging down. My wife practically cried because she was so upset. I nicely called the store when they opened and explained the problem. The person on the phone falsely accused us of being the problem and said that they always tell the customers that the ballons only last for 6-8 hours. I checked with my wife, and she said she made it very clear that she was picking them up the day before the party and no one warned her of this potential issues. We have purchased ballons from them in the past and never had this issue, so she didn’t expect this surprise. Obviously, if she knew this, we would have picked them up right before the party. If you are the business owner reading this message pay close attention to what I am about to say because it might keep you from going out of business. New Milford is a small town and word travels fast. If you want to succeed in business, you need to give your customer the benefit of the doubt, make it right, not falsely accuse your customer’s of being the problem when you make a mistake, and don’t be nasty to them on the phone. This transaction has cost you a family of good customer and probably some of our guests."

"Horrible experience. They sell expired food. Went in there to get popcorn and it was a month old. I told cashier they act like they don't understand me and and said good by date. I said yea that means it expired. They were like it good for like 1 month 2 mint after it. I said no not really. The store also a mess so do not recommend"

"Horrible customer service, paid $30 for 3 helium letter ballons. Put them in car, I barely drove down the street and one pops. I call the store and asked if they could replace it or what could they do. Was told nothing, it wasn't their fault. It wasn't possible that they over filled the ballon or it was poor quality. At a bare minimum, they could have offered to pay half. Then she reiterated that it cost 10 dollars worth of helium. No it cost me $10 and you made a profit."
