"My husband & I went there today to have our iPhones activated since we just switched to t mobile. T mobile techs were unable to accomplish this online. We called the store at closing time on Sunday. I spoke with Renee who was kind, patient & reassuring that they would help me the following day. We arrived at 11 am & were taken promptly! Albert was able to activate our phones in no time!! He was so kind , knowledgeable & patient with us!!(we are seniors) He was such a nice, respectful young man!!! Thank you so very much to the wonderful staff at Larchmont t mobile!!
