"Would give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. Be prepared to deal with the insanely rude pharmacy staff. They look at you like you are a bother and like you have 10 heads for even showing up to pickup your medication. They are purely miserable and the last thing they want to do is their job: help their patients with their prescriptions. Saying they are rude to patients and angry with their job is an understatement."

"Pharmacy employees, specially the boy who changes garbage and helps people are very rude. You feel you are not welcomed when you get there I will get my prescriptions from a different pharmacy."

"New store looks great and the minute clinic is private and quick. New mgmt and associates are very helpful. I deducted one star because their stock is not always great — but that is beyond the control of store managers and associates. Overall, it’s a nice place to shop."

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE MINUTE CLINIC /HEALTH HUB. I had an appointment for Covid19 booster and waited for over 90 minutes before storming out without one. I was told there were several more families who were going to be seen before me who all had checked in after me because they were late. I asked them what was the point of having appointments, checking in and who was over seeing the scheduling, the nurse shut the door in my face. Several others before me were in the room for over 20-30 minutes and were demanded to fill out paperwork once they were in there (and not while in waiting room for over an hour) that was already submitted online and were denied because insurance they had on file and use regularly at that location wasn't being "approved" by CVS. Isn't this supposed to be free preventative care regardless of insurance? After I had been there for 90 minutes and rudely had door shut on my face. I asked another employee why nobody was back there trying to streamline the process and assisting with getting paperwork filled out ahead of time and assiting with the process. The young employee acted suprised and when back to investigate I told him it was a little late for that and left with no vaccine. At this location 3 weeks ago I had no issues except waiting over a half hour after my appointment time to get my flu shot. Meanwhile a friend I ran into there while waiting was told to go home and get his ID card. When he came back and waited another half hour online to check in at pharmacy after all that they told him they were out of vaccines. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!"
