"Erica redenbach-my experience-erica, this is an outline of why I told you I feel like you are not providing adequate care: 1. I saw you three times over the course of 9 months discussing my health issues and informing you repeatedly that SSD would be calling for my chart and not one time over these months did you mention that you have not received my chart. You looked me in the eyes, nodding your head as though you understood, but said nothing. I had sign your release of info months prior to my first appt. Months. 2. Your staff and pa's are lazy. I was sent 2 messages from someone asking me to hunt down my MRI. I had already given you this info so that you could do your job but you kept trying to push it off on me. 3.you were late for my 3rd appt, acted irritated and in a hurry to get me off your computer so much so that you hung up while I was speaking. 4. your pa didn't bother to read my chart before prescribing a medication, neither did she contact me to obtain information about my issue-she just sent me a random script. 5. by this point I had already scheduled my annual with another PCP-someone older than 28. So when you dismissed me for expressing that I was concerned about not being taken seriously you chose to dismiss me as a patient. In my experience you are immature and too self-involved to truly give adequate treatment to your patients. You dismissed a disabled , senior woman with health concerns simply because you are not mature enough to own up to your shortcomings and make things right. This is not a reflection of me as a self advocating patient but a reflection on your inability to adjust to challenging situations and learn from them and grow to be a better doctor over your career. With your current attitude you will find yourself with fewer patients and possibly lawsuits, I imagine. I will be filing complaints with my insurance, the office of professions as well as writing reviews on all the sites I can find. Thank you."

"I love Dr. R. She's down to earth, a mom, and younger. She'll talk with you about important issues, but as most offices go these days the routine stuff is a little quick. She also had wonderful PAs that I like to see if its last min."

"This woman is EXTREMELY unprofessional and ignorant. I had an appointment at 4:00pm! I arrived inside the facility at 4:05pm !! The older women at the front desk had a hard time hearing me. I repeated my responses to her questions 3 times. She finally found me because she didn’t know the dr had marked me as a no show. Regardless she ended up finding me in the system and told me that the doctor marked me as a “NO SHOW” well that makes no sense because it was 4:08 now and I was only 5 minutes late. She cancelled my appointment and literally made me cry driving back home because she didn’t take me. I drove in rush hour traffic to get there, wasted an hour of my time and gas to get there and back home. Also I’ve been sick for three weeks and I was looking forward to getting my antibiotics I needed. Her friday must of been much more important than my health. I feel dismissed and unimportant. She’s a terrible person and the worst doctor to me as a patient. I will NEVER be going here again. And I will be sure to let everyone I do know not to go to her either. She’s disrespectful and distrustful!! Not to mention yesterday they called me to ask if I was coming to my appointment which I said YES to and she still marked me as a no show. She’s the worst doctor I ever had professional wise!!"
