"My girlfriend just left there called and was in tears!!! She went in for a biopsy and to get a mass drained on her thyroid. The doctor came in laughing then had the nerve to ask her why she was even here?! That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I'm so disgusted from this entire ordeal. She has had scans for the past few years and there has only been one maybe two people who looked over her charts/ scans that have shown any compassion. So if you want to feel worthless or like you are nothing but a number by all means go here. If not I suggest finding a different option."

"My experience this morning with CT Technologist Jennifer in the Orchard Park office was awful. I had a cardiac calcium study done of my heart. I asked to be shielded and she denied me any shielding very rude and snotty. She asked me what type of shielding I said thyroid and/or ovaries. She came up with excuses not to shield me in areas clearly not in the area of interest being imaged. She then asked me when my last period was I said um let me think and she rude and snotty says “well I don’t know when your last period was, so you tell me”. I am a radiologist technologist and a mammographer of 15 yrs. She treated me so unprofessionally and rude I would hate to see how she treats other patients. I also filed a formal complaint to help prevent this experience from happening to another patient!"
