"So I go as a comp patient, my wife goes as a regular patient. Recently I had a change in insurance and when I contacted the office to notify Dr. ZHan of the change, I was told I had to pay the full price of the office visit of $150 until my deductible is met, instead of the copay that my insurance company said it should be. I contacted my insurance company and they called the doctor and told her she is wrong and was in breach of contract. Zhan flipped at the rep but got the message straight. Now I have appointments and called because my main prescription is out, and they said she will no longer prescribe it to me. You’re not supposed to go cold turkey and that’s what she’s doing to me. I’m done, she’s evil, greedy and doesn’t care about patients, only the money."

"Dr Zahn is unprofessional, loud, pushes trigger point injections that are unnecessary and dangerous. Every person in the office can hear other people’s information, there is no privacy. She charges money if you are late for your appointment, regardless if the cause was outside of your control. She is condescending and rude. She dresses inappropriately and men glare right up her dress. The best interest of the patient is not in her vocabulary…."

"I want to share my personal experience with anyone who may be considering to see Dr. Su Zhan. Her PA, staff of Nurses, Assistants & office staff work extremely hard for their patients. I’ve been seeing her for a bit over 3 and 1/2 years. Dr. Zhan works with me/you (the patient) to conquer the pain. She’s been an advocate in my health care in many situations. I can give so many examples. I myself have complex health issues. However, she had never rushed me aside, as many Dr’s these days often do. I go to many Dr.’s as my condition varies day to day. She & her staff are Extremely patient but, professional & will help relieve your symptoms (with-in reason). Her, herself, PA, nurses & staff are Extremely Professional, friendly caring, considerate & helpful. I would recommended anyone to her practice any time."
