"Today, I came to pick up my parcel and encountered a disrespectful employee. His name is David. As it turned out, he does not know the numbers that are indicated on the parcel. How can such employees work without knowing the most basic things. Moreover, we asked to look at our parcel more carefully, to which the employee said, "NEXT!". When we asked where the administrator was, he answered, "I am the administrator." When we stepped aside and began to look for the administrator, suddenly the employee David, by some chance, found us in the hall. He found our parcel, I don't know, maybe one of the other employees knows the numbers better. It was a strange situation, but the most amazing thing was that the employee did not even apologize for his work. I hope my review will be useful to someone."

"Terrible experience with the order online pickup in-person option. Placed an online order today. Received notification that the order was ready. Went to pick up the order and was told there was a mix up and my order is actually not ready. Staff go to prepare the order, then said one of the items is actually out of stock and they will refund it. Employee was unable to provide a receipt or anything that shows there will be a refund provided. They also said my order was marked as already picked up by someone. On the app it shows that the out of stock item was picked up and I was charged for it. Ended up having to wait for a manager and just decided to refund the entire order. Should have stayed with CVS."

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews but if getting your medication is important to you go somewhere else. Waited hours on the phone to talk to someone in pharmacy. When I finally get through they informed me insurance did not approve the needed medication. Called my insurance and they informed it was approved. Called Wallgreens’s in White Planes 10 minutes after the phone call to Larchmont and they filled it on the spot. The insurance definitely approved it. Walgreens provided wrong information. Only deal with them if expect professionalism and customer service."

"I hate doing a negative online review, but this is necessary. I hope someone from Walgreen’s management is reading this. My daughter’s pediatrician confirmed they had received her prescription for a live-saving medication that they carry but other local pharmacies don’t. First, they had no record of it despite a written confirmed receipt. Next, the robot recording can’t help. And I have been on hold for 45 minutes with “two callers ahead” of me. That’s after being disconnected twice already. This is no way to run any company, much less one has medication needed to save a child’s life. Please give this attention."
