"Love this place but the manager is very not nice at all. First I ordered ornament’s I got home to check them and the box was empty with no tissue paper at all. So basically they took one out for display and put the box out on the shelf. Second the manager talks smack about people. I was on a different line due to someone helping me (I went to get something and came back and I told the nice worker to take the next person on line) I heard the manager say, “There’s one line you think you will get served I think not!” I wanted to throw my things and go. The kids are so kind there and the lady with the glasses. Advoid the manager at all cost"

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. Single handedly the WORST experience I have ever experienced. The gifts are fine, but WAY too overpriced. And, they don't sell paper. How misleading. The service in this store was beyond horrible. I couldn't ask for more rude and stuck up people as these folks in this store. They are stereotypical, judgmental, stuck up, annoying brats and all they want to do is make other people more miserable than they are in their own lives. Period. This is going on all social media platforms to show the absolute HATRED of the paper store. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm going to shop at Walmart! Save money live better and better people and better items. Terrible Terrible and simply just terrible!!!"

"I have come to this store multiple times and I have always loved the service and products. Tonight, my friend and I were shopping and we had taken a while to shop because we had been enjoying ourselves looking around the store. We wanted to purchase silly putty, so we had been scoping the area around. We had smelled one of the scented puttys, placed it back on one of the shelves, then chose 2 other silly puttys that we wanted to purchase and began to walk to the cash register. One of the employees came up to us and was underhandedly accusing us of stealing the silly putty (which we would never do) and asked to take the items we were buying to the cash register to check us out before we were even ready to. We went to another aisle in the store and the staff was being extremely overbearing (probably assuming that we were going to steal something). We finally checked out with one item (the other items that the lady had taken were not there). I am extremely disappointed with the way that the staff treated us. Our intentions were NEVER to walk out of that store without paying for an item. My friend and I feel extremely disappointed for being looked at in such a derogatory way. They have lost business from both of our families thus forward. Even though we were teenagers and probably not their most common customers age wise, that does not mean that we are incapable of rightfully paying for items."
