"Used to love this store. It was my go to place for gifts. I recently purchased a beautiful beaded handbag there and the zipper broke after one use, due to no fault of my own. I wanted to exchange the bag. The woman refused, told me this was not a manufacture default and she would not take it back. I am in the retail/sales business, and I would NEVER let a customer leave unhappy. I am now unhappy and after being an avid customer will never return. Three stars, not one because they do have beautiful things, and the daughter is very nice!"

They carry a variety of gift items that are unique, special and on a high-er quality side. All comes with a personable experience and beautiful wrapping. I miss the world of boutique stores where an owner could have a kind conversation with you while wrapping a gift. It is so special and so mediative, in a way! "When I finished my shopping recently in the Ridgewood store, the line was long and Mitch was alone to handle all sales and wrap. I waited my turn and Mitch gave me a token of appreciation when it was finally my turn. He didn’t have to do that, but it certainly was very generous and I just wanted to say thank you so much. I always enjoy my shopping time at any of the Pazazzed locations, even if I might not buy something…but 9 times out of 10, probably, I DO find something!"
