"Vasilyev and Simon are both experts on Russian film and can recommend you a great choice in your favorite genre. If you are learning Russian, you need to hear various accents, and watching films with English subtitles is the best way to reinforce what you have learned. Sadly, I have not progressed far, but I am having fun along the way! Also, obviously, if you already know Russian, than why not patronize local businesses! This is a friendly place, often missed by tourists visiting Brighton Beach. There are many books and records here as well. Not too expensive."
