"Went to St Joe's due to pain comparable to me being in labor ( and I'm not pregnant right now) it take alot of pain for me to go to an emergency room since my Co payment is 500 dollars. waited in the waiting room curled up crying for 2 hours before I was called to a room, once in the room I was given a CT scan about an hour later (I was there for a total of 6 hours) to have the Dr come in and say I have to fart and sent me home! Looking at my paper work I made an apt with my primary who said the CT scan clearly showed I had no gas build up and I was not backed up. The Dr at the ER also told me my test all came back normal, but seeing my primary they said it's obvious I have an infection and put me on meds! I'll never go again"

"We have been waiting here for over an hour with my son, the bed in our room was closed and only after requesting it was opened for us. My son has been crying and due to his pain I have been going to the front desk every 10 minutes. I was told quite rudely that the doctor would come and that I need to give them a break. I came here as a last resort and it will certainly be my last time visiting"

"I brought my 15-year-old daughter into the ER for a sore throat. Asked them to give her a rapid strep test. The doctor on duty absolutely refused. But he thought it was necessary to give her an X-ray of her neck….Dr.Taharka McCleave I left the hospital, took her to her pediatrician where she tested positive for strep. There patient care is absolutely terrible.he also felt a need to yell at my 15 year old Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!"
