"The worst customer service ever. Staff was taking appointments for 2 PM and I was there as I walk in at 12 PM. I understand that I was walking and did not have an appointment but I waited a full hour before having to leave and go to another quest. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to take basic bloodwork but that’s how long the staff was taking. Also, two staff members took their break at the same time while there was a weight room of nine people. Do better."

"Very friendly staff. Heard some complaints about staff while in the waiting area but they are simply doing their job. I was in and out in 20 minutes with an appointment. Professional, friendly, and thorough."

"As much as I hate getting bloodwork done, I appreciate the phlebotomists at this location more than those at the others. If booking here, make sure to have an appointment because it makes the process go by so quick. They’re kind and considerate to those who are not a fan of needles - and make sure you’re feeling okay before you leave. Rooms are clean. I will give an extra shout out to the girls at this location - they know how to distract from the prick and keep it moving! If you don’t have an appointment, be prepared to sign in as a walk in and be on stand-by for 30-50 minutes (not horrible, but they work to ensure you’re taken care of in a timely manner)."

"If a facility are only taking appointments then, they need to let ppl know in the waiting room. You should be able to work patient in with schedule patient. This is not a Dr office, we're only giving samples. Why do it take 10-15 min on person. Customer Service stinks!"

"Instead of doing an additional blood draw told us we had to wait 2 hours to get another appointment for a 9 month old. I just think they didn't want to do a lab draw on a baby."
