"I highly recommend Dr. Bisson for ACL recovery surgery. He literally is the of the most experienced and best ACL doctor in the USA. I had a wonderful process and I’m glad to say I am back playing lacrosse because of Dr Bisson and his team. Thank you"
"How old are the people writing these rave reviews? Must be young folks. Bisson bluntly told my parents years ago, as they passed him in the hallway, that he “only treats young athletes” and that he “doesn’t treat old people”. Dad was a lifelong distinguished athlete, in great physical shape and in his 60’s at the time. They saw one of his PA’s when they thought they were seeing Bisson. The PA was nice to them however. Bisson has a reputation for being a great doctor, and obviously he’s got a great job treating The Buffalo Bills, but his lack of compassion and decorum will not be forgotten by the ‘old’ folks."
"Dr.Leslie Bisson is 1 of the best Orthopedic Surgeons in Buffalo I've been seeing him for quite awhile for my many ailments. knowledgeable friendly personable down to Earth kind of guy. The staff is good also the same as he, all around good people!"
"I’ve had the misfortune of several traumas, resulting in torn rotator cuff‘s on both my right and left shoulders over the last 4 years. The latest was this past January from a sledding accident, resulting in a massive tear to the right shoulder rotator cuff. Dr.Bisson, Kelly Jordan PA and the surgical team did a great job in repairing it and my range of motion is nearing normal after only 7 weeks, with almost no pain the entire time. Their office team, led by Diane, were really helpful in getting all of the necessary prerequisites completed so that I was able to get into surgery within a couple of weeks of my initial appointment. My experience a couple of years ago on my left shoulder was very much the same, and also resulted in a full recovery on that side as well. The entire team really has their act together, and all of them made themselves available anytime I had a question"
"Very pleased with the kindness of the entire staff! As busy as the office was, I was treated like their ONLY customer. Helpful, patient, and extremely friendly given the stress they ALL face being so busy! My only vice would be the fact that I did NOT see the actual physician. Granted the "PA" was wonderful, and a pleasure to meet but I would have preferred to see the MD given the problem I am experiencing. It just would seem that a NEW patient should ALWAYS see the MD FIRST to review the diagnosis and MRI results. Given I haven't seen the MD I am considering going to another Doctor to get a second opinion. Other than that issue, (this the 4 stars), fantastic staff, very organized and very small wait time as busy as they were!!"
