Since 1971, we have been dedicated to helping families maintain their independence at home across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, and Wyoming counties in Western New York.
Our certified hospice program offers comprehensive medical care and emotional support for patients and families dealing with terminal illness. We are committed to providing personalized care through an interdisciplinary team approach, which includes skilled nurses, home health aides, and professionals in spiritual care, social work, and volunteer coordination. This team meets weekly to ensure that each patient's needs are met with the utmost compassion and expertise.
In addition to hospice care, our licensed home care program delivers a wide range of medical and personal care services, enabling patients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. We work closely with nursing home teams to extend compassionate support to patients and their families.
Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. Volunteers play a vital role, bringing extraordinary love and concern to those we serve. We also rely on community support to bridge the gap between patient care costs and insurance reimbursements.
