"I stopped by on Tuesday evening looking for hair dye materials. As a newbie, I was grateful for the attentive and sweet salesgirl, Kyra (I believe). She suggested I video chat with their live agent to discuss which products to get. The agent had me send an inspo photo and recommended specific products, which I purchased. Kyra even helped me find some of the recommendations. Overall, it was a unique and pleasurable experience for a newbie like me. I felt very supported and welcomed."

"Was there las week, needed help with my damaged hair and the sales associate by the name Elaine helped me so much , she was able to color match the mess I have. She was so understanding and helped me with all my concerns. Gave me extra advice on how to process my hair. The manager Radika also helped with suggestions for my daughters curly hair, so far the products that both ladies suggested have worked wonderfully. Great hospitality and super friendly staff, sometimes is intimidating asking a million questions however they are so welcoming. Thank you ladies"

"I have been a loyal Sally's customer for several years, and it has always been a delightful place to shop. However, during my last visit 7/26/23 to the one in White Plains, NY, I had an unfortunate encounter with a sales associate whose behavior was quite off-putting. Upon entering the store, she greeted me professionally, but as I proceeded to browse and make my selections, her mannerisms became increasingly rude. I happened to be on a call at the time, and even the person I was speaking to noticed her aggressive demeanor and remarked on it. When it came time to check out, I attempted to change the tone by expressing gratitude, but she simply placed my receipt in the bag without acknowledging my thanks. This left me feeling perplexed and disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service, and I sincerely hope that my own employees never make our valued customers feel this way."
