"It all started with the incompetence of employees, don't ask them any question. They can't answer anything and leave all the time, I wait for 20-30 minutes while he goes and comes back to me, they started poking that if I don't like it, I can turn around and get out so that these are my problems. They work illegally, they can't talk, they can't run forever. I won't recommend this company to anyone else! And I was just kicked out of the parking lot, they said for their employees!!! And there is no parking for customer!"

Mike was so patient and so kind even when I was only over the phone. He helped me find the exact Harvard Slate, Royal Crest Double 4 design that I needed. He even helped me locate it in stock at their Bronx location. I'll head to the Bronx tomorrow to get what I need.
