"Very impressed with their customer services! I was buying an essential oil and accidentally grabbed a tester bottle, when I got home, there apparently wasn't much left. I thought I was stuck with it. To my surprise, when I called the store to explain, they told me they would ship me another one. Not only did they send me a brand new, full bottle of the essential oil I wanted, but they also remembered that I'd been eyeing another one and sent me this one too! On top of the fantastic service, they have a ton of really neat products in the store. Their oils dont smell overpowering. I do wish they had an ingreadiance list on them but I'm sure they can tell you whats in them. Thanks for helping me out!"
