"Betta fish is not taken care properly. Kept in a small tank with no filter which is not a suitable condition for them. The bowl itself did not look like it was cleaned regularly either. The ignorance for the quality of life of their pet fish they display in their store and instagram proudly makes me wonder about the quality of products that are being sold here. And it seems that others have expressed their concern about this fish before on the stores instagram post about the fish itself but the concerns were just disregarded!"

"One of the worst times Ive ever been there. There was an older woman there with short blonde hair and glasses who was virtually ignoring the customers. She was busy telling long stories to three people who clearly were not in the middle of a purchase. She ignored all the other clients that were ready to pay for their items. I stood in line for well over 10 minutes while she wove this endless story ultimately resulting in my leaving my items and I most likely not returning to this store. SMH."
