"My husband and I stopped in John Derian while in New York for the Thanksgiving holiday. The shop is always a joy to visit but is extra special at the holidays. The variety and quantity of Christmas ornaments available is outstanding. I work in retail so have the benefit of seeing thousands of ornaments and even so their selection is impressive. I especially loved the display of vintage tree toppers. The service was excellent and they made sure to pack up our selections very carefully and even offered to ship them home for us. This is a must hit shop when in NYC."

One store is primarily ceramics, another Christmas decorations and the third home textiles. The displays themselves are works of art and well worth the visit."

Always check for the whimsical and unusual - elegant paper flowers, ceramics shaped like realistic vegetables, Italian cake candles. My favorite is also drooling over the extensive Astier de Villate."
