"I agree with the two posters below. Obnoxious and callous customer service. I waited forever while an agent prioritized small talk and chatting with a customer for what seemed like forever. I had only one small item and I asked another elderly lady (doing paperwork) if she could ring it up. She shook her head and just motioned toward the two occupied tills. I had a bag of takeout food I had just collected from a nearby Vietnamese place. When it was finally my turn, instead of a “sorry for the wait”, the agent launched straight into “Is that your food I’m smelling?” Her tone was offensive and her manner was intrusive and rude. I humored her just to get my transaction done, but sheesh - this is not a high-end experience at all. Training needs an overhaul. I think I’ll stick to Bloomingdales or Bergdorf from now on. I also wanted to add that when I inquired about wrapping an item (a 12 oz water bottle), the agent told me that it was $8.95!! Most stores would offer it for free or charge a little supplement. I found that was highly odd for a $26 water bottle."
"The white woman with light colored long hair working in the shop needs to get over herself and be kind to customers - this is a shop for children so children need to have a tiny explore and see what works for them - we are nice, kind people who respect others and store products. Felt she was targeting me as I’m not white. We decided to not buy the item we were looking at and left."

"I went to the store with my parents and purchased a crib. I also needed a dresser topper and the store associate showed us the topper and told me I needed to call back with the dimensions to order it So, I called the store back and ordered it to be shipped to my house. The topper was $170 with a 20% discount and on top of that they charged me a $70 shipping fee. I thought it was worth it but I should've read all the reviews on this store before ordering anything I received the box and it was VERY light. The fillmore topper consists of 6 pieces of wood, with NO bottom and no cushion. I was mislead by the woman when I saw it in person to think that it had a bottom, a cushion and it would work with my current dresser. I am VERY disappointed. Plus they charged $70 shipping for something that weighed less than 10lbs? Ridiculous. I called PBK in short hills mall NJ and they were VERY nice and helpful. I returned the topper there. The woman working there told me she doesn't know why anyone recommended I buy the topper. She said I would have to nail in the topper to my current dresser and it would likely break my dresser and cause the wood to split. Also, she said I was overcharged for the topper and shipping. Short hills has a much nicer location anyways! I was in the process of making a baby registry with PBK but I refuse to give them anymore of my business. I can't wait to receive the crib and get this over with. FYI- crib deliveries take forever but I'm not due until March so I'm not in a rush"
"The customer service in the store is super disorganized. The woman helping me was trying to help anyone that walked into the store or near the register simultaneously which meant that to purchase 4 things took an hour. The rug ordered for me was the wrong color, did not match the sample in store. I think the color was discontinued. The curtains I bought, pictured below, were labeled 96” but clearly are two different sizes. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and with the store and they were totally unhelpful."
