"Very kind and helpful, but not robotic-like and still very human. They had snacks and water for people who felt lightheaded, and even let our family use a side room if we needed to sit and recuperate. They're also friendly and do have a good sense of humor about the name, I assure you. They also put up with a large portion of my extended family and their "shenanigans", which is a feat if anything. I'm usually not one for the type of interior in many funeral homes, but I did enjoy the coziness of this one, and the original artworks they had displayed.
