Reviews
"Great experience at this facility. Very clean area and the employees are very helpful!!!"
"Skip at the transit location is an exceptional employee. Public Storage needs to hire more people like this because he really knows his job and communication between customers. His customer service is second to none. John"
"Skip is the absolute best! Goes above and beyond to make sure my deliveries can be accepted in my absence. He even has gone out of his way after hours to fix a malfunctioning door (which was not the fault of Public Storage, but a delivery company). You’ll be well taken care of here!!!"
"As others have mentioned, this location does not do any type of snow removal that doesn't just plow the remaining snow in front of the outdoor units. I had moved rom a 5x10 to a 10x10 and for MONTHS, i received threatening letters stating I still owed money on the 5x10. Every call to respond told me to just ignore it and they would take care of it. There is no one on site to talk to. The location had its front gate in an "open" position for i don't even know how many days in march, with no mention of this as being an issue to its customers, and not even within 3 months, they already sent me a notice that they would be increasing my rate by 50%. Local management was helpful, but their hands are tied for what corporate rates decide."
