"She can add lying to her docia as I don't own a gun and my credit score is 848 which was never checked as I left dealing with this aggressive liberal. Clearly there are issues here with other bad reviews. Liberals running it with a combative tone asking me if I was a republican when I stopped in. I was just there just to find out information and the girl behind the desk started the loud liberal non-sense - I have to have everyone hear me routine. They somehow dropped my last review. I will now put it up every time its dropped... Very immature fools here. Too many options to deal with these very unprofessional people."

"Sadly while this place is conveniently located it is run completely unprofessionally, very rude staff and “hidden” costs! Update: Since posting this review of our unfortunate encounter with Wendy, she has continued to harass our family…..and looking at other reviewers’ posts, we’re not her only victims. Formal complaint been filed, legal action pending. Hoping to spare others from experiencing this kind of treatment. Also interesting, and sad to note that Wendy apparently continues to treat her clients poorly, as she noted in her most recent online rant, as per her words, she’s been brought to court many times….Interesting, that it’s always someone else’s fault, couldn’t possibly be the fact that she’s just a mean person who feels it necessary to harass people when they aren’t happy with her treatment?? Just sad that she doesn’t ever seem to learn from her mistakes. We all feel sorry for her and hope she’s able to get some help."

"I have rented a storage unit from Wendy for about 4 years now and from the day I first met her to today has been amazingly friendly and easy. The units are well priced and super clean. The entire property and store are clean and well maintained. The staff, dont even get me going on them, because to a person, all knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alicia who always has a smile and kind word for each and every person through the door. They are also an excellent and efficient way to ship and also sell a wide variety of shipping and packing products. A fabulous business run by a fabulous woman!!"
