"Ordered a “Handcrafted Latte “, and the worker said what is that? I pointed to the large lite sign over his head and pointed to it. Another worker came over and said “well then I guess everything we sell is handcrafted.” This is the attitude in most Tim Hortons when ordering that special drink. If its on the menu, the workers should know about it."
