"(This posting may be lengthy, but worth the read.) On 2/2022 Let me just say, (First Impressions mean so much). When asked who I would be seeing on that day’s visit, the assistant said, Becky Tillotson, but we call her Becky. That immediately put me at ease. I found Becky to be very patient, as I explained my concerns for that day’s visit. It was shared with her, that the emergency referral, was due to a Diagnosis an (Old Perforated Eardrum) and how I, of course was very concerned. My concerns, were put at ease, when after a very thorough examination, and explanation. I had learned, that there was no perforation in my ear, no whole to be found, and very little scarring seen. Some wax was removed, a hearing test was scheduled, and I was Incredibly relieved. When exiting the operatory, I made this comment, Becky I said, you make the medical field look good.
