"We lost our fur baby suddenly in January and had to wait until April to view & bury her. The new owners are very kind & respectful, and the new viewing room is outstanding - a few flameless candles and some artificial flowers would be a nice touch. However it is not the same as before the business was sold. They charge for the clay paw print, there is no ink paw print or clippings of your pets fur, no condolence card - it was the little details that made it special and helped with the grieving process. I wish the new owners all the best."
