FNP Spaulding was very professional, attentive, and inquisitive. She asked detailed questions about my history to obtain a recommendation for my future health. She was not rushed and her manner was one of sincere concern. I was able to ask questions which she answered and explained. After much discussion we came to a consensus opinion on a specific schedule of exam frequency, contingent on viewing my previous scope results which were normal but with a different provider. My 6 paragraphs erased were about confirmation prompts and rescheduling after office canceled original appointment and the office staff that day. Receptionist, Irina was delightful and multi tasking on phone trying to contact patients ahead of incoming ice storm. Rest of staff was the reason I could only give 4 of 5 stars"

"I met with Delana yesterday for a follow up meeting after getting out of the hospital. She was very pleasant and listened to everything I had to say. We came up with a treatment plan, which she needed to confirm with Dr Blansky today. She then called me to tell me that he agreed with our plan and said arrangements would be made and that they would call me back later in the day. Overall I was very pleased with the way I was treated by Delana and the office staff and the expediency that everything was done."
