"Patricia Lumsden was a receptionist there who stole my social security number. Medical number and other identification items. And I received a letter from a hipaa officer saying she stole my information over a period of 5 days In november 2023 and no longer works at the office. This is the 507 Main Street primary care office. Doctors would cancel appointments and nobody would call me and let me know ...one student (resident) recommended acupuncture, which I said absolutely not.There's just a lot of confusion and lack of communication here. But my hipaa being violated was the worst. So I had to go through the whole rigmarole of changing my bank account and filing charges and making reports with multiple police departments as well."
"Called on 7/3 because of injury. Asked to speak with my doctor. Receptionist asked what was my problem. I asked if she was a nurse or a doctor. She sai a receptionist. I said I don't wish to discuss my health issue with you I would like to speak with a doctor or a nurse. She was adamant and so was I. Received a call from nurse later who just lectured me on following their protocols if I wanted help. I got no help. Hoping injury will heal."

My pcp really knows what I need through my poor expression and is very helpful with any concerns and questions.
