"I contacted the store on Saturday around 12pm inquiring about a fuel pump for my boat, providing the specific Mercruiser part number needed to get my boat back on the water. The representative assured me he would check and return my call. After waiting patiently for about 30 minutes without a response, I decided to visit the store in person. Upon arrival, I informed the gentleman at the front desk about my prior call and lack of follow-up. Unfortunately, I was met with the news that parts was now closed. Despite my explanation that I had just called, I was informed that they were to busy. Encountering three unhelpful individuals at the counter, I persisted and requested assistance from another staff member. Thankfully, he was willing to assist and check for the part based on the provided number. He told me he would call back after he checked. However, despite his promise to follow up, I never received a return call 4 days later. Disappointed by the lack of communication and service. I was considering ordering a new boat from these guys this year but i will explore other options for my boating needs."
