"I was really hesitant to use this location because of all of the bad reviews. Everytime ive gone in there though, there has NEVER been a line, and theres always at least 3 different smiling people behind the counter ready to help. Ive never had an issue here or encountered anything but friendly helpful employees. Im also ALWAYS on the look out for this google reviews famous "jennifer" , HOPING to get a glimpse of the person who has generated so many bad reviews. Ive been using this location regularly for the last 6 months and haven't had the pleasure of spotting her yet."

"Terrible service! I am a small business owner. I took a pre-paid package with label to be shipped out on a Sunday. Two days later, when I checked on the tracking of the package, I was shocked to see it was still at the Cayuga Rd location. I went to the Cayuga location to ask about the current location of the package, they were rude, and I was told that the package was NOT at that location, and was at the Galleria location. When I asked why it was at the Galleria, I was told because I dropped it off at that location. Galleria location is closed on Sundays. The worker lied to me and said the Cayuga location is closed on Sundays! Cayuga location is open on Sunday. They lost my package. I lost a repeat customer, and had to refund $100!"

"The only post office open in a Saturday afternoon, and honestly a seamless experience returning a retail purchase with a QR code. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"By far the worst USPS in the area. Only beneficial part is they’re open later than the rest. I’ve had to come back to resend packages multiple times over because of the workers misplacing packages or just not scanning them to have them shipped. Today I knew I had to stay at the location to get a receipt of the tracking info directly from them to know things are getting shipped versus just trusting them and having the tracking info in the system on my end. Of course after waiting for the tracking receipt of my shipment they mention the survey at the bottom and the worker says “my name is MD”. Maybe they’re initials, maybe his name is really MD. But it’s definitely the first time I’ve met someone who’s name is “MD”. So when mentioning the survey that seems to help little to none. Fingers crossed this time my five packages actually get delivered."

"So far I've had an average experience with this place. The absolute best part about it is that its open till 8:30pm on weekdays and till 7pm on weekends. That ensures that I never worry about posting something in emergency. Fair warning, there is a cop standing in the adjacent parking lot who is difficult to notice sometimes so mind your stop sign rules. As cherry on the cake of the location, you can see aircraft on the airfield behind being loaded/unloaded if you're that sort of a geek. The staff is great/okay alternatively but that's the case for all USPS stores I guess."
