"The worst postal office I went to supervisor never call back to address concerns or complaints and when u go there he don’t come out to talk to you he tell his employees to get ur number for him not to call very rude"
"If you go to this post office location do yourself a favor and work with Darlene. I came in to send an international package and she walked me through the steps patiently and helped me get the package sent successfully. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend working with her if you go."
"Waited 35 minutes and it went back to automated. So frustrated that my mail hadn’t been forwarded after submitting change twice directly at the post office. It’s now two months I’ve been waiting."
"Waited in line for 15 minutes, then another 45 minutes while they tried to find the Certified Letters from New York State that I scheduled for pick up because they needed MY signatures. They tracked the letters that said “left with individual at house” except NO ONE was home!! The manager then tells me that the carrier signed for the letters???? I’m glad the Postal Police are the oldest Law enforcement agency in the country while your employee just committed a felony!!!"
"I brought in a package for an address I used—printed from computer—over a dozen times. But they could not find the address AND the P.O. Box. I tried to explain, that it needed the address of the post office AND the PO Box. You’d think they would know that. Instead I was repeatedly talked down to. I went to my old post office after that, and guess what, no problem whatsoever."
