"We wanted to thank the Cheektowaga Highway Department for a quick and efficient job on our driveway/storm sewer access. We took photos to the office in February, concerned about the drop in the driveway where the access to the storm sewer was located. Joe came out the next day and agreed there was a problem. We were put on the spring repair list, and this April the repair work was completed. Great job Cheektowaga Highway Department. We appreciate our hard work!!"

"Sanitation truck didn't take my garbage, when I called the sanitation department the lady was rude, wouldn't help me, wouldn't give me her name to file a complaint. Called over 10+ times but no answer. Great service for the amount of tax we pay to live in this town. This needs to be improved! Very sad to see this!"

"The recycle truck did not pick up my 2 dull buns the week after Thanksgiving. Simple oversight. I called the Sanitation Department 4 times between Thursday and Friday. Snotty, hurried responses along wirh vague promises is sll I received. Obviously, the ladies don't understand that THEY are the customers and thst WM has to make it right when WM screw up"
