"Definitely the most ghetto black person working at 7 eleven. I went to 7Eleven for pickup for Uber and the ghetto employee said “We didn’t have the order on our screen” although I had the order on my hand. They should have better management but just another ghetto place."
"Loud rap music playing from cell phones and out of a speaker. Cashiers wearing slippers and bonnets."
"I went in on Wednesday 8/3/2022 at 3:00pm. The cashier who was working was the rudest and most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered. After she finished scanning all of my items I put my card in the chip reader. She proceeded to yell at me saying “no the chip reader don’t work you have to tap it didn’t you read the sign on the door.” I told her there’s no reason you couldn’t just say the chip reader isn’t working. Management at this location should have a sign at the chip reader not the door. It doesn’t make sense having a sign about the card reader on the door especially considering I never saw it since the door was held for me by another customer. The employee working should be held accountable for her embarrassing and unprofessional behavior."
"Everyone working here seems to hate their job. They especially seem to hate anyone not rocking a dark tan. I stop in after working a 12hr shift to grab a couple bottles of water n some snacks for my kids and get stuck in line while the cashier argues with a couple about how to use their foodstamps. The couple ended up leaving and not buying anything. Then he cashes me out and when i asked if he could put my things in a bag he rolled his eyes and shoved a bag across the counter, then says "no but you can". I live 2 houses away from this store but im gonna start going to the gas station 10 min away instead cuz this is not how you treat customers, no matter how much you hate your extremely simple and easy job."
"Putting a sign at the register saying they are short on coins and slamming them down on the counter when you're given coin and muttering under your breath about me being "broke" isn't exactly good customer service. There is only one worker who gives everyone a hard time. Everyone else is absolutely amazing."
