"Just called not even open to the public for help"
"Hello. I am a neighbor and I and honestly appalled at how you treat people who are asking for your help but furthermore how your people have treated my mother a resident here for the past 3 years with the bullying and mocking her while we can all hear. Constantly picking on her to the point where she won't even come outside and hang on her own property. I am absolutely baffled at the lack of kindness and help this department has provided apart from standing in the station with your coffees making fun of a disabled woman and when she finally musters up the guff to ask for help when the snow wasn't terrible you tell her you will not then later throw( Not hand but throw)a bag of salt next to her leg and grumble "here" when you have a hand snow plow right next to you. Unacceptable that she had to have her car remain stuck until I could try to get my INFANT to nap so I could shovel because she's DISABLED when we were 5 feet from the driveway then I try to talk to the chief and the "commissioner" won't let me and tries to make an excuse for this behavior. Something needs to be done about this I'm not going to stand for any more misguided resentment toward myself or my family. Lastly I want to add that she is always ready to donate to your causes and has put money into your department.. To the boot..the chicken dinners... Absolutely appalling treatment!"
