"If you can, find somewhere else that will get you in. My initial appointment for June was scheduled months in advance and then was cancelled and pushed back to October. Would have loved to go somewhere close to home but it's worth the drive somewhere else to know that I can get in when I need to be seen."

"I have had so many problems with this office. They have changed my Doctor 3 times now. I have called several times for an appointment in the past 3 months for the same problem as I needed a referral. They advised someone will call me. Each time I call they say oh my nobody has called you yet? Finally got so bad that they took me without a referral and now I have to go see a reconstruction surgeon."

"I had a wonderful PCP Karen Tabel that took the time to listen and explain. She has been moved to another role and i now have wait close to 6mo ths to meet my new PCP. I have tried to use portal to get refills and continue to be ignored. I have been with Guthrie for quite a few years not sure what happened when they came to Cortland. Management should be evaluated."

"Bottom line...Jackie Gaygen does NOT listen to her patients and trying to get refills on medications is ridiculous. Takes a week, whether called in or done on portal. Receptionist seems pretty helpful thpugh."

"While I like my PCP, this place doesn't value their patients time at all. I have sat in the waiting room for an hour while every other person gets called in that came after me. I have yet to go here and wait less than 45 minutes to even be called into the exam room, after that you'll be waiting in the exam room for at least half an hour before the Doctor even comes in. If you value your time or want a place that does, I suggest looking else where."
