"I’ve had an ingrown toenail for an about 3/4 years. over the years I was embarrassed to admit it lol. but after years of having it I was soaking it in peroxide and epson salt which come to find out isn’t good for ingrown toenails. don’t do what I did and let it go for years. !go see these amazing toe doctors! . the staff and toe doctors are absolutely amazing and friendly. would definitely recommend!"

"My 93 year old mother's longtime podiatrist recently retired, and we made an appointment with this practice. Because her general foot care fees were always covered in full by medicare and her co insurance at her previous foot doctor we assumed that the fees would also be covered by this group. She was seen by Dr. Arndt several months ago. She liked him very much, and found him to be very kind and professional. However, there was a $55 fee that she was charged. I called the office to ask why, and was told that someone would speak to the doctor and get back to me. I never heard back. I called back recently, and the office person told me that there is always a $55 fee for routine foot care. When I asked how it could be that her previous podiatrist always billed medicare and her insurance always paid, she simply responded over and over, that medicare does not pay for the care that she received. She did not offer to explore this, so I assume they must not need new patients or really give a darn about my very sweet mother."

"Very sad that dr. Bevis is so unprofessional and rude that he can't even show up on time for his first appointment in the morning. This is an ongoing thing my husband was a patient of his for years and he made his toes bleed every time he cut his nails and repeatedly was asked not to cut so deeply and continue to do so. We moved on to another podiatrist that is more professional and shows up for work on time and doesn't leave his patients sitting there wondering. My mother Saw dr. Beavis and he was so rude and defensive about being late that she was scared to have him touch her feet. My mother made an appointment with a different doctor at CNY podiatrist office. She also made an appointment at the same time with the shoe fitter Bridget who is a wonderful person and does a wonderful job. My mother and I came to her appointment for a shoe fitting today and was told that her appointment for shoe fitting was cancelled. No one ever bothered to call a so I had to bring my 85 year old mother to an appointment that was cancelled and they wouldn't see her also her other appointment with a different doctor at this office was cancelled no one called us to let us know rude unprofessional and I'm just plain pissed off and I am going to talk to the New York State Department of Health."
