"Terrible. Just terrible. From the receptionists to the doctors. They are rude, unprofessional, not helpful and give a bad name to the healthcare industry. I tried to make an appointment to discuss concerns I had with getting pregnant and was told I could not get an appointment unless I had a positive pregnancy test. I was finally able to get in and was made to feel like a complete fool for having questions and concerns about my own body. I was brought to tears and left in the middle of my appointment. They do not take your questions of concerns seriously and are dismissive. I would highly, highly recommend to search elsewhere for a provider; even if it means waiting for an appointment."

"There is absolutely no sense of urgency, no empathy, no kindness or bed side manor at this office, whatsoever. You call and are always on a 10+ minute hold where you are then spoken “at” by rude receptionist. The office itself is not clean, modern or organized. The waiting room has 3 chairs in it, so don’t expect to be able to bring anyone. I left an urgent message for my doctor, it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t had a call back. *beware*"

"Terrible service in billing dept. I had a balance never received a bill in the mail just was casually mentioned at an appt that I had a “high balance” then a couple days later a phone call. Representative hung up the phone on me when I called questioning the bill. I will not be returning to Anne Marie Dixie’s office."

"Horribly rude and even lazier staff. No sense of urgency or compassion for the patients. Took months to verify benefits & only did once I called and complained. Gave excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t do their jobs. One excuse being the girl forgot about it because she was on a vacation. After I got upset and yes I did let them know I was upset, I was let go as a patient after being there 10 years. I guess patient care isn’t important to this office. Extremely disappointed with Anne Marie Dixie allowing her staff to treat me how they did. How many other professions can go 3 months without doing their work??? Of course I was upset. Laziness has no place in a physician’s office."

"Today was my first visit. The office is clean. The wait time was good. But my favorite part was the staff. I absolutely fell in love with AnneMarie Dixe. She let me vent my concerns to her, and then spoke to me like if she knew me forever. Was straightforward and honest. Very respectful and just real. Felt like I was in good hands. The nurse I had was so nice. I had an amazing experience. I don’t want to be coddle. I want someone who cares and listens but will also tell me how it is. Someone who is absolutely professional and knows what they are doing. AnneMarie is it! I plan to bring my daughter into the office. They have a forever patient with me!"
