"Can we please get Apple Pay? EVERYTIME I come I forget out of it being so conveniently close to my place."
"Can we please get Apple Pay? EVERYTIME I come I forget out of it being so conveniently close to my place. Then I have no cash and no card and my “convenience” is gone cause now I have to either go to the bank to take $20 out cause that’s just it OR go to another further location to get my stuff. When all I needed was this location to have Apple Pay!!!! Other than that, great service usually out within 15 min…update 3/2024 they finally got Apple Pay, sadly everytime I’ve went the line is out the door. Nice service though"
"My grandmother constantly sends me care packages with essential. Those packages are always below the 70lb limit. In order to avoid delivery, they label the package as overweight or they say I wasn’t home and they need a signature, and the latest excuse, unable to gain access to building. They said my property manager hasn’t responded to give them a key. Even so, there’s a huge intercom on the front door to let people in. I’ve gotten multiple packages from Amazon, fedex and ups with them using the intercom, no problem. And yet, for some reason this local post office can’t figure out how to ring a bell. I’ve even had usps/ups come pick up a package earlier today. That gentleman was able to ring the bell, I let him in no problem . If the package was above the required limit, then they wouldn’t have even shipped it. I wfh so I’m home all day EVERYDAY, and the intercom is connected to my cell. They never even attempted to ring the bell. This is about the 6th package, that’s been delayed. Last one took over a MONTH for them to deliver. I’m still waiting on my package that was supposed to be delivered last week. The manager contacted me personally and told me it would be delivered yesterday and clearly, never happened"
"I’ve called post office while at work last week , two days in a row , they hang up. Today I’m off I’ve called 9 times with the same results! ALL I WANT IS FOR POSTAL PERSON TO PUT MAIL IN RIGHT BOX . IM HONEST MY NEIGHBOR ??????"
"The staff here has always been very helpful, and I have been using this location since the 1990s, so it's a good long track record. Every so often they will get swamped, but usually there's either no line, or only one or two other patrons to wait through. The one thing that can take a while is if people are getting or renewing passports, otherwise transactions are usually quick and efficient."
