"This place is amazing! I ordered my mom flowers today and had it delivered. I requested a butterfly be put in as a decoration. Upon delivery, we noticed the butterfly was missing. My mom called and spoke with the nicest lady. They insisted on making a nice arrangement, with the butterfly for free. I can't say enough how amazing their customer service is. I will Definitely be using them again! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!"

(Initial review: I received flowers from this shop via pro flowers from my son. They were left on the front porch and we're blown over (mind you they were in a vase of water... No box, no nothing for protection. I understand that if I was not home that they had to leave them but they could have protected them. There were 2 roses in the arrangement and unfortunately they are both in full bloom when delivered and a couple of the bottom pedals were about to fall off already. What a shame because a rose ready to bloom only lasts about a week, I'll be lucky to get a couple of days out of these. Several lillys included have such short stems I can barely keep then touching the water. Besides that, there were a couple of snapdragons (I believe) and they were smashed. Maybe they are short staffed, have product supply problems, etc.etc... There are a million excuses. Regardless, this was a sub adequate product with unacceptable service all for a premium cost. Buyer beware.)"
