"I am incapable of commenting on the quality of their work as the arrangement never arrived (although the website tracker claimed the flowers were delivered). I can say with certainty that their customer service was absolutely atrocious. I spent most of the day trying to make sure the flowers would be delivered before my girlfriend left work (they were for her final day), or to find out where they were, in fact, "delivered". I called several times, left several messages, used their chat feature and their messaging feature. I received no effective communication whatsoever, nor have they processed a refund. A truly terrible experience."
