But this lady sure does. Shes rude. She will talk over you and talk down to you. Shes unprofessional and I reported her to the BBB anyone who comes in contact with this bitter horrible woman should do the same"

"Called to order flowers for my mother's funeral service. Was told, very rudely, that they don't go by the items they have listed on their website and "Just tell me what you want and I'll get it ordered for you." I don't know what I want, that's why I went to the website. She repeated herself a few times, and didn't seem to care when I said I would order from somewhere else that could be a little more respectful to grieving clients. So instead, I ordered from Chris Puhlman flowers in Moon where they were quite nice and extremely helpful. I will go out of my way to pick up flowers from a florist that treats their customers properly. I refuse to support a business that treats potential customers so poorly; even if it is the local, hometown business."
