They both needed action adjustments and some pickup adjustments as well. His work was done in a few days, and for a very reasonable price. "Rich is amazing. I took my 2 year old Taylor to him to have it set up. He did an awesome job. He was able to get the action much lower. He polished and waxed it, put new strings on it and made it beautiful. I am so impressed with Rich. His work is unbelievable. He is very friendly and professional. He had my guitar done in only a couple days and his prices are unbelievable. He does fantastic work for dirt cheap. I took him another project guitar when I picked up my Taylor. It is a 1980 Alvarez that has been through the war. He worked his magic on it and in a couple days it is like a brand new guitar.
