"Why do they say bring in anything of value? Because when I bought in a 50s Era Omega, a S.S. Gucci and a beautiful Raymond Weil mens watches for a loan well they had NO value to them. In fact I was told they only want real gold watches. So If i was to come in with a S.S. Patek Phillipe or Jager LeCoultre I couldn't get a loan? Next time I will bring in my vintage RADO and my 57 Hamilton Ventura or they should let us know what is good enough for their standards. Stuck UP, Condisending A-holes. No Stars!"

"Go to buffalo jewelry and loan on seneca st. They are the sweetest ppl and gave me way more for a ps4 than this place did. My experience was years ago and my ps4 was basically new...there was dust from the fan on the back and that's why they said no. Took it to bjl and they gave me a loan no problem, for 2x what this place was gonna. I go there all the time when I'm short on cash, they even took my sterling silver jewelry. Metro was rude and they love to tell ppl no. They won't be in business much longer, trust me."

"The lady was extremely rude and offered me $125 dollars for my $1600 that I only used like 4 times and it’s in perfect condition and I said no and didn’t offer any higher and put it back in the box and gave it to me . "Whoever responded to the comment from Ares Santiago was incredibly rude nasty person and if that's how she responds to a bad review I can imagine her attitude even worse in the store, I've bought and sold here a few times everyone was average I guess but I could definitely see a few of them being pretty rude. So I usually opt out of talking with the staff unless for a price or something. They are notorious for low balling loans so we usually dont go there for that but if they had better customer relations and corrected their loans I think they'd have alot more customers."
