Premium Parking - P8012 - City Hall Parking

"SCAMMY COMPANY, AVOID if possible. I parked here for jury duty. I accidentally entered a typo in my license plate, then rushed to the courthouse. I tried to get in 18 minutes later but they blocked me changing the license plate # because the time limit for that is 15 minutes. OK, so I tried to contact customer service - no chat or phone, only email. OK, so I emailed them and got no response after several minutes. OK, so I paid for another parking session with the correct license number so I wouldn't get towed or something. WELL. They finally replied to me, and not only refused to refund anything, but said my "access was revoked" as a result of "multiple charges from various locations occurring simultaneously." Dude they took my money twice, THEN BANNED ME. Despite my explaining everything to the email rep. When I asked for clarification, they said, and I quote, "I have previously explained the reasoning behind this decision." Above is the only "reasoning" they gave. Premium Parking SUCKS and I will try to avoid at all costs from now on."
