Needs some real coaching by t-mobile staff to learn better control of his hands and mouth. Either that or go back to the fast food job at taco bell. Avoiding this location after that."

We went in asking about plans to leaving with exactly what we wanted & needed all thanks to T-Mobiles, hands down best Representative, Erik. Erik was extremely friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain all of the plan details and fine lines with us and also listened to all of our questions and concerns. "The last two times I come in for customer service to the T-Mobile on Losson road it seems like the workers are more interested with what's going on with their phone then helping the customers I've been in here twice for two different issues and the only answer they always give me is call tech support then I call tech support and they tell me that I have to go back to the store and have the work done in store"

"The T-Mobile store on Transit Rd has top-notch staff. Eric is a guru and has taken care of any issues we've had over the past few years. T-Mobile as a service provider has been fairly decent except for the fact that they dropped the discount for auto pay unless you bill it directly to your bank account. With the past data breaches, we will not and recommend you don't give up the security features of using your credit card for auto pay to anyone. We do plan to switch service providers partly due to this. Thanks again, Eric, for your excellent support."

"Was considering a new iPhone and service upgrade. I have had AT&T for over 20 years. Went there first to price out a new 13 Pro Max with specific coverage in mind. Then went across the street to Verizon, my last stop was T-Mobile. Was greeted by London when I walked in immediately. Told him my parameters and he quickly and in layman’s terms spelled the plan out for me with simple pricing structure. I left to digest all the plans and figures overnight. Called him today to make sure he was available to take care of me and he was able to fit me into his schedule immediately. Handled everything in a quick, yet efficient manner. Asked if I had any questions and told me to call or stop in if any came up. I highly recommend not only this location but more importantly, London. Straight shooter, personable, and an asset to this particular store. While maybe a buck or two more a month than the second carrier I visited, he seemed the most interested in helping me make the switch and his explanation of my new plan was spot on, no double talk. Being in sales for over 20 years myself, I can spot excellence within the sales field."
