"Sold me a busted phone and won't fix it. DO NOT TRUST THEM. *update* They replaced my phone with another broken phone. If I had not wasted so many hours with this tedium I would be impressed at how negative this experience has been. *edit 2* The manager is trying to make it better."
"I have already been here for 40 minutes with no help! There are only two employees, but they are sitting there with people doing absolutely nothing while the customer is deciding what they want to do instead of offering to help someone just paying a bill. So all you will be here for over an hour just to pay a damn bill. This is actually ridiculous obviously the five customers that have come and gone since I've been sitting here thought the same thing! I know two of them were looking at the phones and tablets and would have spent over $2,000. Real stupid way to make money walk out the door! Three of them said they were going to a different provider all together! That's Thousands of dollars lost!!! All because they didn't feel like multitasking. Sad!!! I am about to go to another provider myself because of this type of treatment Every time I come here!"

"I am working on adding my mother to our current plan. Ordered a phone in Jan and never recd. Never notified order was cancelled. Went into this location to get some kind of solution. They found the phone I needed for the promotion at another location. All I had to do was pay taxes and could pick up next day at other location. Now there is a $30 “upgrade” fee they want me to pay. Told the salesman flat out not paying. He went into back and came out and I have to pay the $30 and will get statement credit. Not paying it. First of all adding a line not upgrading. Another rep came over to assist. Asked to speak directly to this manager. Surprise she must have left out back door. Told she was gone. Needless to say after almost 2 hours left without a phone for my mother which by the way are being charged for the line. Got in car and looked up and Manager came out of back room. This woman was nowhere to be seen the two hours I was in the store Have photo to prove. Great customer service."
