"This place is amazing. My kids love coming here whether it's for an hour or for the entire days. It is small and geared towards smaller children. But my 10 year old still loves tagging along!"
"Very clean and well maintained. Not as large as Garden City but a very nice place to take the kids. There is a lot of role playing in this location. Check your library for free passes."
"This was a really cool little place. My son was here when he was 2 and I brought him back at 4. He had a blast and didn't stop playing the entire time he was there. I want to go back with him again. I'm 33 and I had a good time playing with him. He also loved all the costumes."
"My kids enjoyed themselves. The museum seems more imaginative play based, which is in contrast to the Long Island Children’s Museum, which is more science based. Lots of dress up stations, book books, arts and crafts, bunnies up front and some sport and outdoor play activities. Overall, a good experience. I had to drag my kids out of there; they were enjoying themselves so much."
"Our family has been going to the Children’s Museum since it first opened.. Truly a wonderful addition to the east end community and a great benefit to the children of the area!! They’ve made a lot of improvements over the years and there are many activities and things to explore, especially for the younger kids.. The family membership is reasonably priced, but you can check your local library, as they will often have free day passes that you can check out.. Make sure to check out the arts & crafts room as well as the outdoor activities.. And just a heads up, they tend to get busy during the summer season, but our kids have always enjoyed meeting new friends and playing with the large groups of children!!"
