"I went there with my wife and her daughter to renew passports and do the dui before we left they took all the necessary paper work plus extra just incase after all we left from gravesend in brooklyn we got there by 7 am the place opens at 8 am and we finished by 1145 am not bad ....plus the staff were friendly and helpful."

"They were very Friendly and efficient"
"Would give 0 , came @11 left around 3:50-4 almost closing time. First of I understand it’s busy , but seriously the workers think we have all day , the charging people get up and leave like 15 times while there’s literally lines of people waiting , you see them in the back just talking laughing giggling like they don’t have job to do , the lady who did my passport literally stopped to be on a phone call and text the only pleasant part of the experience was the lady’s at the DUI station very kind and understanding that people have work and life’s outside of the establishment. They need better workers or manager that actually manages , there response to all this was well come back tomorrow like we don’t got work , constantly told staff I had work and nobody seemed to care , worst experience"
"I had an excellent experience while getting my dui. Everyone was super nice, polite and efficient. I arrived for my appointment, paid my renewal fee and was asked to step through to the room where duis are issued. There was no wait time. I was helped by Ms. Moreira who was patient, kind, and efficient. The whole process took 30 minutes tops."
